Ay Oh Hell: the saga continues

Last October, I complained about my AOL DSL service. The situation is now even worse; last Friday evening I got disconnected, and I haven't been able to connect since then. I even called AOL tech support, and although Larry was very friendly and tried to help, it's not his fault that AOL hasn't trained him well enough to actually help people.

The only reason I'm online now is that I'm dialed in to the UW modem pool. It's slower than DSL, but it's faster than AOL (at least at this time of the morning), so I think I'll stay with this for the time being.

This is the last straw for me. If Pete doesn't want to move to a Real ISP after this, I'm thinking of telling him I'm not sharing the cost of AOL with him. I have too little money (and time) to put up with these shenanigans.
